No matter how fragile it may seem, we can make an egg bounce like a rubber ball. For this we need to be patient and leave the egg in vinegar for two days.
During all this time, the vinegar will soften the egg, leaving it much more compact and thus preventing it from breaking when carefully thrown on the table.
- 1 egg
- 1 glass jar
Tip: Don't throw the egg with all your might. It is about checking how it softens with the vinegar, so it is recommended that you make it bounce gently and at a low height.
1. Take a glass jar large enough for the egg to fit easily.
2. Pour vinegar into the jar. Keep in mind that the egg must be completely submerged.
3. Gently insert the egg and make sure it is completely covered by the vinegar.
4. Close the jar and let the egg soak for 48 hours. Once that time has passed you can remove the egg to check the result.
